Did you ever play Halo 3? There's a great scene where you get to drive a tank for the first time. After taking down a some hunters, some vehicles and then finally a Covenant dropship, the soldier that's snagged a ride on your tank exclaims that "tank beats everything!" It's a classic Halo moment.
And so now that Bungie is making Destiny, I'm pleased to see there will be tanks in it the game. Here's a picture of the Fallen's tank. Gosh, I really do hope players in Destiny will have a chance to man this monster and drive around, beating everything.
