Emma Frost first appeared in Uncanny X-Men #129 in January 1980 and has been around the comics ever since as a popular mutant. It wasn't however until the very popular January Jones portrayed Frost 2011 film X-Men: First Class that the white lady of X-men became very very popular – and these cosplay pictures are the result.
